The standards for civil drones of more than 200 items have been revised to meet the development needs of industries such as product R&D and production, industrial application, and safety supervision, and a civil drone standard system has been established. (1) Vigorously carry out technological innovation
Encourage enterprises to cooperate with universities, scientific research institutions, etc. to carry out collaborative innovation in production, education and research, and carry out key technical research on civil unmanned aerial vehicle power systems, flight control systems, sensors, etc., focusing on real-time accurate positioning, dynamic scene perception and avoidance, and facing complex environments. Core technologies such as autonomous flight and group operations; development of miniaturized general-purpose load devices, high-integration dedicated chips, and long-haul heavy-duty/hybrid layout drones. (5) Establishing a sound standard system
Implement the "Guidelines for the Construction of Standard System for Unmanned Aircraft Systems (2017-2018 Edition)", and accelerate the urgent need for classification of civil drones, product safety requirements, identity coding rules, basic conditions and evaluation methods of development units, and construction of control platforms. Formulate and establish a standard system for civil drones. Third, safeguard measures
(1) Strengthen organizational implementation
